By registering as a vendor with ShopzandShopz.com  I certify that my annual business revenue is less than 100k and acknowledge that I must adhere to and be responsible for the following:

2.  Vendors agree that they are solely responsible for customer/client orders, product quality,  payments, refunds, claims, complaints shipping and deliveries.

3  ShopzandShopz.com and any of its affiliates are not responsible for customer/client orders, product quality,  payments, refunds, claims, complaints, deliveries or any mediation and/or litigation.

4.  Vendors are responsible for their own product images, licenses and representations.

5.  Orders must be shipped within a reasonable period of time.

6. Keep and provide tracking numbers for all orders.

7.  Vendors must adhere to laws governing commerce in applicable states.
